Can it work with my metal gate?

Yes. We offer a dedicated double-sided slim-profile gate lock designed specifically for Singapore HDB gates. It features dual-sided fingerprint sensors for maximum security, preventing anyone from reaching through the gate to unlock it. You can register the same fingerprint on both your gate lock and main door lock for a seamless keyless experience!

How long does installation take?

Installation typically takes around 1 hour. While we do not provide direct installation services, we will send you comprehensive video guides for DIY setup. We can also recommend professional local locksmiths to assist you with the installation at your convenience.

What happens if the battery dies?

If the battery is low, the lock will sound an alert when unlocking so you can replace it. If it fully dies, you can power it up instantly by plugging a power bank into the USB port or simply use the mechanical backup key to unlock.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All your sensitive data, including fingerprints, is encrypted and stored locally on the lock itself. It is never uploaded to the cloud, ensuring maximum privacy and security.

What if it breaks?

We offer a 1-year warranty. If any quality issues occur under normal use (excluding human damage or accidents), we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge.
